PROCESSING TIME 

Our usual processing time is 9-10 BUSINESS DAYS (excludes week-ends and Canadian holidays).

Your order will thus be shipped 9-10 business days after your purchase. Contact us, before you place your order, if you need a rush delivery.

N.B. The covid19 sanitary situation generates delays in postal shipment of our confection material. We handprint every item using precise confection material. Processing time for orders may thus be longer than usual.

CANADA & USA:

We pay the shipping fees when you spend 75+ CAD in our shop

Flat shipping rate for orders 75- CAD= 10 CAD 

All orders are shipped using Canadian carriers (ex. Canada Post, UPS, Purolator etc) via regular mail (i.e without a tracking number). 

Eligible countries for free shipping (75+ CAD) : Canada & USA. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We pay the shipping fees when you spend 150+ CAD in our shop

Flat shipping rate for orders 150- CAD= 25 CAD 

All orders are shipped using Canadian carriers (ex. Canada Post, UPS, Purolator etc) via regular mail (i.e. without a tracking number). If you would like a tracking number for your order, contact us so we can quote you the shipping fee.

Import duties, taxes, and charges required to release your order from customs upon arrival in your country are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Ta Petite Collection.
